Softwair UK, the reseller of the products on this site, reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.  All software purchased from this website is subject to the terms and conditions listed during the installation process of the software.

The 30 day money back guarantee applies from the moment the order has been approved. Customers making use of this guarantee will have to delete all instances of the software purchased from any media on which they have copied it.  The money back guarantee only covers the actual cost of the software as a downloadable product - costs for CD's or shipping or other transfer costs are not covered.

Software will be supplied after a payment has been approved.

Shipping

All goods for delivery in the UK are normally sent by first class post.  If Special Delivery is requested before 2 pm it will normally arrive with you the next working day however this service can not be guaranteed and if ordered on a Friday it will not be received until Monday.  Downloadable software will be sent as soon as the order has been checked.
